Casa Simpática is a large villa in the safe and gated community Urbanització san Cristóbal. The Villa has 9 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms and is situated on a large 4.000m2 property.

The villa will give you the real feeling of Spain with a large size pool and many places to choose from to lay down in th sun or in the shade. There is lot's of privacy and since it is located in the gated community it is very secure, from 23:00 in the evening till the next morning there is a patrol service covering the community. Rental of casa simpática

There are severall options to choose from, you might want to rent the house completely or only partly. As there are 9 bedrooms there is plenty of space for larger size families.

In case you would like to rent the villa with multiply families we will allow this with maximum 3 families and no more then 15 persons in total. You need to inform us upfront about how many people will be in the Villa as we can remove you from the villa with no refund if we find more people present during your stay then agreed upon.
